| Description: | CMP EIC (LEG) – 400 aggregate score (40 total shots) CMP sanctioned Match in this National Match style competition. No sighters will be allowed in this National Match style competition fired in the following stages: Stage Distance Type of Fire Position Number of Shots Time Limit 1st 100 yards Slow Prone 10 25 min. 2nd 100 yards Rapid Prone from Standing 10 70 sec. 3rd 100 yards Rapid Sitting from Standing 10 60 sec. 4th 100 yards Slow Standing 10 10 min. Equipment – The CMP approved M1 Carbine Match will be restricted to standard grade, classic service rifles and be compliant by the CMP regulations. All rifles must have an empty-chamber indicator (ECI) (provided at sign-in) inserted into the rifle’s chamber at all times when uncased and not involved with firing preparation or actual firing exercises. Sign in is by 9:30 AM and the line goes hot by 10:00 AM. The cost of the match is $30.00 which includes 40 rounds of ammo, targets, pasters, medals and the enjoyment of shooting a piece of history.
